3. Behold, I send my messenger, and he will prepare the way before me; Robbery and Remembrance
1. Of the messenger, majesty, and grace of Christ.

13. and infidelity of the people.
16. The promise of blessing to those who fear God.

1. God's judgment on the wicked;
